Natasha is a passionate real estate professional and investment specialist. Earning her Realtor® license in 2008 and holding a Degree in Marketing, she has built a nationally recognized reputation in the investment sector.

As a top-producing team leader and property manager at CIR Realty, Natasha remains committed to continuous learning and investment in real estate.

Now, as CEO of WealthShare, she is dedicated to empowering others to take control of their financial futures through real estate.

Rodney Phipps

COO, Co-Founder & Trustee

Rodney is a creative, analytical entrepreneur with a passion for growth across industries.

He founded Phaymis Inc. in 2013 to bring business professionalism to artist management, leading artists to the Canadian Country Top 40 and national tours. With roots in music, hospitality, and business development, Rodney is deeply involved in Calgary’s start-up scene.

He’s also been a real estate investor for over 20 years across three provinces, using strategies like preconstruction, infill development, and long-term holds. Today, he brings that experience to his role as COO of WealthShare.

Monique is the co-founder and CFO of WealthShare, bringing over 25 years of finance and leadership experience to the role.

A Chartered Accountant and CPA in both Canada and South Africa, she holds a Master’s in Business Leadership and a Bachelor’s in Accounting Science.

At WealthShare, Monique leads all financial operations—from tax and treasury to investor relations and strategic analysis—drawing on a career that spans executive roles in utilities and real estate investment.

Shawn Wilson

Shawn Wilson has spent over 20 years building and financing businesses in tech, marketing, and finance. He co-founded The Canadian Equity Group, which hit $100M in annual sales before its sale, and later launched Strategic Sales Delivery with an exclusive contract from Marlborough Stirling Canada.

In 2012, he founded Muzooka, a music tech platform used by major labels to manage artist data and ensure proper royalty payments. He also serves on the board of Bumble Bees Venture Capital, supporting financial literacy for women.

Yves Guay is the founder and president of Bow Valley Exteriors Ltd., a trusted exterior renovation company based in Calgary since 1991. With over 35 years in the industry, Yves has built a strong reputation for quality workmanship, reliable service, and customer-first values.
